Calanit Ozeri

VP R&D · AI-driven engineering leader

More than thirty years founding and leading high-performance R&D organizations. I've led R&D as a VP across software, hardware and systems teams at global sites — in cyber-intelligence, manufacturing-plant automation, technology product companies and telecom — for large and mid-size enterprises and startups from their earliest stage.

Today I lead strategy in AI-driven product development, while advancing Israel's standing in quantum computing.

Guy Segev

Head of Innovation · Chief AI Architect

An innovation executive and Chief AI Architect who turns advanced technology into production systems. I've owned a 14-initiative innovation portfolio and led flagship AI work — including multi-agent orchestration platforms shipped to enterprise customers — earning an industry keynote, Gartner Magic Quadrant recognition and eight patents.

I later served as VP Product, with earlier senior engineering roles at global technology companies, and hold a first-class computer-science degree from the UK.

Why we started Tachles-AI

What "Tachles" means

Hebrew slang for cutting straight to what actually matters — no jargon, no theatre, just results. It's exactly how we teach.

We've spent decades on the inside — building R&D organizations, architecting enterprise AI, and shipping it to customers who don't tolerate hand-waving. And everywhere we looked, the same gap kept showing up: AI was either oversold as magic or written off as a threat, and the people who actually run a business were left without an honest way in.

So we built Tachles-AI. We teach the exact tools we use ourselves, on your real work — and we're straight with you about where AI helps and where it doesn't. No hype, no jargon, no homework you'll never open. Every session ends with something usable the next morning.

Today we run workshops and private consulting for individuals, executives and companies, and we build automated processes and complex custom systems on demand.

Learn AI from people who've built it.

Tell us about your team and what you want to get out of AI. We'll come back within one business day with a precise, honest recommendation.
